This press was custom built by K&K, and upgraded several times by a local machine shop. The seals on the cylinder were replaced a few months ago. The press produces 20,000 pounds of force, and can hold this load without compromise for as long as you want. During the 176 hours of use, I usually squeezed juice at 20,000 pounds, and held that for about 25 minutes. The improvements to the press that have been made over the years – by K&K, and by a local machine shop – have proved successful.
