A laid-back Sunday afternoon featuring Atlanta makers
🛍️ Each market features 20 to 30 local artisan vendors, giving visitors the chance to browse handmade goods, art, accessories, vintage items, gifts and more while supporting Atlanta’s creative community and small businesses.
October’s lineup offers plenty to discover, from contemporary paintings by Georgia artist Gregory Blount and vintage finds from Lights Camera Vintage to jewelry from Drops of Whimsy. Shoppers can also pick up small-batch candles and home fragrances from Atlanta-based RXLA, vegan bath and body products from The Vegan Potionry, and natural wellness goods from Everything Ital.

With three remaining monthly markets happening from October through December, there will be plenty of opportunities to find something special—whether you’re shopping for yourself, searching for a one-of-a-kind gift or getting an early start on holiday shopping.
Discover Midtown Green
👀 The markets also offer Atlantans a chance to experience Midtown Green, the new four-acre public gathering space in the heart of Midtown.
Previously a large construction pit in the middle of the district, Midtown Alliance recently stabilized the property and completed temporary improvements that offer a welcoming green space while planning continues for its long-term future. Today, visitors will find an expansive lawn, walking paths and plenty of room to gather, relax and enjoy a growing lineup of free community programming.
The Artisan Markets are part of that effort: creating more opportunities for Atlantans to spend time together outdoors while showcasing the artists, organizations and small businesses that contribute to the city’s thriving creative culture.
So, meet a friend, bring the family or just stop in while you’re exploring Midtown. Shop local, eat some tasty treats, discover something new and stay awhile.
More than a market

🤝 The Midtown Artisan Markets are also an opportunity to connect with some of the organizations that make Atlanta a vibrant place to live, learn and play. Community partners offer activities designed to introduce visitors to their work in fun and unexpected ways. For example, in October and November, the Emory Arts and Social Justice program will present interactive art experiences by alumni on the theme of “Doing Good?”
From shopping to lawn games and food, the markets are designed for all ages — whether you’re bringing the kids, meeting up with friends, walking your dog, or simply looking for a free “Sunday Funday” hang.
