SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) – The Chatham Emergency Management Agency (CEMA) will hold an emergency test siren Wednesday, February 5.
Chatham County residents will hear a one-minute emergency tone at 9:30 a.m. from the different sirens throughout the county.
This test is necessary to ensure that the Emergency Warning Siren System is functioning properly.
If there are poor weather conditions like rain or overcast weather, the siren test will be rescheduled.
