    Caitlin Granigan

At just 21 years old, Caitlin Granigan brings fresh energy, entrepreneurial grit and a heart for service to Atlanta real estate. A lifelong local with roots in Roswell and Woodstock, Caitlin became a licensed advisor in 2023 after co-founding and selling a successful wedding and event company with her sister. Driven by a lifelong love of homes and inspired by family beach trips spent scouting vacation rentals, she found her calling in helping others find not just a house, but a place to truly belong.

Caitlin serves clients across Roswell, Alpharetta and Woodstock with a focus on responsiveness, smart strategy and sincere connection. Known for her strong communication and community-first mindset, she’s committed to keeping clients informed and empowered through every step of the buying or selling process. Having grown up in the area, she brings local expertise and deep ties to the neighborhoods she serves.

Caitlin is one half of The Granigan Group, working alongside her mom, Chrissy Granigan, to blend business savvy with a shared passion for giving back. Together, they’re launching a “Christmas in July” charity event benefiting Ronald McDonald House families, part of a larger vision to build relationships through meaningful, impact-driven events.

When she’s not working, Caitlin loves tennis, pickleball and walking with coffee in hand. She serves in the nursery at Passion City Church and is always on the lookout for the next local coffee shop to try.

For Caitlin, real estate isn’t about sales, it’s about people, purpose and creating a homegrown business rooted in heart.
