The Peacherie, a three-stall food hall, and French restaurant Brasserie Lundi open on Sept. 10 inside the lobby of 1375 Peachtree in Midtown.

Located at the corner of Peachtree and 17th, one block north of the Woodruff Arts Center, the newly renovated, seven-story office building includes a Fedex store location and medical offices among its tenants. Prior to the renovation, the building once housed a location of Brash Coffee and hosted food pop-ups in a ground floor restaurant space.

Operated by Hospitality HQ, a Brooklyn-based restaurant group co-founded by Chef Akhtar Nawab, The Peacherie and Brasserie Lundi are meant to provide neighborhood residents, visitors, and office workers with all-day eating and drinking options.

Nawab owns La Esquina in New York City and Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant Alta Calidad in Brooklyn, with Hospitality HQ operating similar food halls to the Peacherie in Orlando and Los Angeles.

The Peacherie will eventually feature three food stalls. Discourse Eatery and Ninja Way Express will open first, with a third food stall opening later this fall. After that, look for a rotating lineup of restaurant stalls at the Peacherie throughout the year.

Owned by Chef Shawn Miles Davies and Jordan Bynum, Discourse Eatery serves Southern dishes, like fried green tomatoes with cherry tomato jam and smoked honey chicken, as well as smoothies. Over at Ninja Way Express, Chef Jack Bai (Gekko Kitchen) serves sushi, hibachi dishes, and poke bowls.

Nawab’s French restaurant and bar will anchor the lobby space at 1375 Peachtree, with indoor and outdoor seating for up to 130 people.

Expect full service and French brasserie dishes such as a foie gras torchon, Parisienne gnocchi with basil pistou and zucchini, poulet rôti (roast chicken), and poached halibut with charred leeks and smoked trout caviar. Dessert features a peach tart tatin and crème brûlée, while the bar offers cocktails, aperitifs, and a tight menu of Old World wines.

The Peacherie and Brasserie Lundi join a rejuvenated strip of Peachtree Street in Midtown, north of 14th, that includes new restaurants and retail at Colony Square, new apartments, updated streetscaping, and an ongoing $67 million makeover of the Woodruff Arts Center campus. The renovation will see the arts center campus, home to the High Museum of Art, Atlanta Symphony, and Alliance Theater, modernized with an activated front facade flanking Peachtree Street and park-like, landscaped gardens.

Elise, the second restaurant from Chef Craig Richards, recently opened at the Woodruff Arts Center, taking over the former Table 1280 space across from the High Museum.

Bottle Bank, a wine lounge with private cellaring, will open just up the street at 1360 Peachtree. Across the street from 1375 Peachtree, a location of Taffer’s Tavern, owned by “Bar Rescue” host Jon Taffer, should open this fall.

1375 Peachtree St., Midtown. Opening Sept. 10. The Peacherie opens daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Brasserie Lundi will initially open for dinner at 5 p.m. Starting Sept. 25, Brasserie Lundi will begin serving breakfast and open daily from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
