Site License for AliceKeeler Add-ons

This document outlines the terms and conditions for purchasing and using a site license for premium features in AliceKeeler LLC Google Workspace™ Add-ons. By purchasing a site license, your institution agrees to these terms.

These terms are specific to the site license agreement. The use of the Add-ons themselves is governed by the AliceKeeler Add-ons Terms of Service and Premium Features Privacy Policy.

1. Scope of License

A site license provides access to premium features available in AliceKeeler LLC Add-ons, which are installable from the Google Workspace Marketplace and listed at alicekeeler.com/codedbyalice.

• Cost: The license fee is $200.00 USD per group of up to 50 users for a 12-month period.

• Duration: The license is active for 12 months from the date of activation.

• Users: The license covers the number of users, up to the purchased limit, whose email address ends in the specific domain provided by the institution at the time of purchase (e.g., @yourschool.edu).

2. Activation and Processing

Upon receipt of payment, please allow 3-5 business days for your institution’s domain to be processed and added to our whitelist. Access to premium features will be enabled automatically for users on the licensed domain after this processing period.

3. How It Works & Data Privacy

AliceKeeler LLC is committed to protecting user privacy and operates on a zero-data collection policy.

• No Data Collection: We do not collect, store, or have access to any personal user data from the Add-ons. This includes names, email addresses, or any content created or managed by the user.

• Whitelist Verification: To unlock premium features, our Add-ons perform a simple, anonymous check. They verify if the user’s email domain matches a domain on our paid license whitelist. If there is a match, premium features are enabled. This process does not log or store the user’s email address.

• Usage Data: Due to our strict zero-data collection policy, we are unable to provide your institution with any usage statistics or user-specific data.

4. Intended Audience

The Add-ons are designed for adult use only (e.g., teachers, administrators, and staff). They are not intended for use by students. This is because some Add-ons utilize Google Gemini™ and have not been tested for student use.

5. Support and Training

The site license fee covers access to premium features only.

6. Payment and Invoicing

Payment is required to initiate the license activation process. An invoice will be provided upon request.

7. Document Signatures for Compliance

We understand that some school districts and educational institutions require signed documents to comply with local or state regulations.

8. License Renewal

Licenses are valid for 12 months. To ensure uninterrupted access to premium features, your institution should contact us to renew the license before the expiration date.

9. Limitation of Liability

AliceKeeler LLC provides the Add-ons “as is” and makes no warranties regarding their function or availability. We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our Add-ons.
