Apple’s forthcoming iOS 26 is no different, but don’t worry, Senior Planet is here to help!

    Senior Planet is running a limited series on Apple’s new iOS 26 operating system for iPhone that will cover the ins-and-outs of what you can expect when you update. This event will run on Tuesdays from 3:00pm – 4:00pm EDT from September 16 to October 7. Join us! 

    We’ll cover basic features of the new update and highlight changes like: 

    • The new visual appearance, dubbed “liquid glass” 
    • Where features are now located in the Camera app 
    • Accessibility improvements 

    17, 18, 19…26? 

    Feeling like you missed a few updates? You’re not alone! With this release, Apple is changing how it names its operating systems to align with the release year. This latest update is for 2025-2026, hence iOS 26. This means iPhone users will jump from iOS 18 to iOS 26.

    Join a Senior Planet trainer for a live Zoom demonstration of Apple’s new iOS 26 for iPhone. This 4-week series will guide you through the basics of the update, including the new “liquid glass” design, changes in the Camera app, and accessibility upgrades designed to make your iPhone even easier to use. You’ll get step-by-step instruction and helpful tips to feel confident navigating your updated iPhone. Details are below for times and dates.
