    Tasha Kline

Tasha Kline is a trusted real estate advisor with Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty, specializing in the North Atlanta market with a focus on Alpharetta, Milton and Roswell. After nearly two decades leading strategy and development in the single-family and multifamily real estate sectors, she brings a seasoned perspective to residential real estate, blending investment expertise with a passion for homes, design and architecture.

Tasha spent 17 years managing institutional portfolios, investments and new development projects across the country, with the last two years focused specifically on new construction. From working with architects on floor plans and landscape design to seeing a project through from the ground up, she developed a unique skill set that now benefits her clients. She combines her investment expertise with her design knowledge to help buyers and sellers view each opportunity through both a financial and personal lens, whether they’re purchasing a first home, building a portfolio or designing a dream residence.

Now residing in Milton, Tasha offers deep local insight while drawing from her experiences living in Atlanta, South Florida and California. A Georgia State graduate and an Atlanta native, she is proud to guide luxury buyers, relocation clients and investors with the same intentional, data-driven approach that defined her corporate real estate career.

When you work with Tasha, you gain more than a North Atlanta real estate advisor; you gain a strategic partner with the expertise, network and dedication to deliver results. Married for 12 years, she and her husband are raising two daughters and a long-haired Chihuahua. Outside of real estate, Tasha enjoys traveling with her family, interior design and helping shape the look of her husband’s Atlanta area restaurants.
