Franklin Roosevelt “Elmo” Lewis became part of everlasting remainder on November 23, 2025, at the
age of 85.1 He was born upon January 10, 1940, in Fitzgerald, Georgia, among twelve
kids, increased in a home full of belief, love, and solid family members worths.
He fulfilled his cherished better half, Dollie Cray Lewis, in Surrency, Georgia. Their attractive love
tale developed right into a marital relationship that lasted over 50 plus honored years, up until her
passing away. Their union was a structure of stamina, collaboration, and steady
commitment.

Elmo offered over 20 ethical years in the USA Military, devoting his life to
safeguarding and offering his nation. After retired life, he made Hinesville, Georgia, his
home, where he remained to offer others and endure his belief.
For greater than two decades, he was a dedicated Deacon at Midway Congregational
Church, where he used assistance, knowledge, and management. His life was noted by
humbleness, solution, and a deep dedication to doing God’s job.
He is come before in fatality by his caring better half, Dollie Cray Lewis.

• 2 kids– Franklin Roosevelt Lewis, Jr. (Monique), and Greg Gray Lorenzo Lewis

a host of nieces, nephews, family members, and pals that will certainly for life honor his tradition
