Savannah, GA

Mrs. Alverina W. Gibbs, a cherished figure in the Savannah community, peacefully passed away on September 18, 2025, at the age of 81. Born on February 8, 1944, Alverina was known for her kindness, compassion, and unwavering dedication to her family and friends.

A viewing in remembrance of Mrs. Gibbs will be held on September 25, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Adams Funeral Services, located at 510 Stephenson Avenue in Savannah, GA. Following the viewing, her funeral service will take place on September 26, 2025, beginning at 12:00 PM, also at Adams Funeral Services.

Mrs. Alverina W. Gibbs will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her legacy of love and compassion will continue to inspire those she leaves behind.
