The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Bozoma Saint John is shutting down critics who think they have a say in her fertility journey.

The Bravo newcomer, 49, didn’t hold back when addressing social media trolls who have questioned her decision to try to expand her family with fiancé Keely Watson.

According to Us Weekly, Boz revealed the harsh comments she receives online while discussing her journey.

“In my comments, [there are] people who will say, ‘You’re too old. Why would you try this? Why would you harm your body this way? He’s using you to have a kid,’” Boz told the outlet. “What the hell do you know? You have no idea what’s going on in my body or in my relationship.”

Boz has been open about her struggles to conceive since making her debut on RHOBH last year, admitting it hasn’t been easy to talk about such personal challenges on camera.

“When somebody’s talking about the difficulty of getting pregnant or losing babies along the way, it’s not something that we share publicly as a society,” she explained. “Everybody wants the happy ending. However, there’s a lot of people who struggle with expanding their families.”

The reality star’s journey is deeply personal. Boz previously welcomed daughter Lael, now 16, with her late husband Peter Saint John. Their daughter was born in 2009 after the couple lost their first daughter, Eve, months into Boz’s pregnancy. Peter later died in 2013 shortly after being diagnosed with cancer.

Looking back on that time, Boz shared how the experience impacted her.

“After I had Lael, I had so much trauma, so much fear, and I worked on all of it in therapy and with friends, with my doctors,” she said. “So, I didn’t come to this decision lightly.”

Boz also revealed that she and Watson have had many serious conversations about their options when it comes to growing their family.

“You saw on camera where my doctor suggested that we look at an egg donor. We’ve talked about that,” she said. “We’ve talked about whether or not I will carry the baby, whether or not we’ll go through a surrogate. Whether or not we’ll adopt a child. Whether or not we have children at all.”

She added that open communication has been key in their relationship.

“All of those conversations are so important, and I wish that more people would just have those conversations up front,” Boz said. “I’m just glad that we’re adult enough and mature enough to have these.”

The couple announced their engagement in September 2025 and are currently planning two weddings — one in Ghana and one in the United States.
