Style Spotlight: Looks, Trends & Fashion Inspiration
- Orange-red, marigold, lilac, peach, teal, and chartreuse sweaters pair beautifully with scarves for bold, colorful combinations.
- If you already own a yellow or red sweater, throw on a neutral-rich scarf to balance and elevate the outfit.
- Consider a turquoise or green turtleneck for cozy layering; both colors pair well with patterned scarves.
- Don't limit yourself to solids; mix prints and stripes with printed scarves for playful, eye-catching contrast.
- Be pretty in pink with high-quality Lisa Yang pieces; final-sale finds can be excellent value.

This time of year I am always reaching for a bright sweater! Just as the winter is getting on my last nerve and spring feels juuuuust within reach, I like to ditch the dark neutrals for more colorful fare. I’ve had a lot of fun this season especially, styling my favorite vivid knits with my collection of multi-color Hermès cashmere scarves. I recently figured out the PERFECT low effort way to wrap my scarves for maximum impact, and have been wearing this look on repeat by mixing and matching all of my scarves and sweaters! I shared a tutorial on how I achieved this wrapped look here – it’s so easy to do and makes this oversized cashmere scarf much more manageable. It has a lot of fabric, so this wrapping technique tames it a bit… plus, I love how it offers just a punch of color and eye-catching print without overwhelming the look.
If you’re wanting to achieve a similar look – below are some bright sweater and scarf pairings to consider!
