Residents coordinated every single detail—even organizing a surprise bachelorette party for Barrick in the community’s pub! They set up a fitting during her lunch break and helped her pick a dress from three top contenders. They arranged bouquets, selected music, and even filled the reception with home-made baked desserts. One resident, an ordained minister, even stepped in to officiate the ceremony!

This unique event highlighted the bonds between residents and staff at Bonaventure Senior Living of Salem. It really shows how such meaningful acts of kindness and care help strengthen the community as a whole.
