SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) — Calvary Day Baseball opened the 2025 GHSA Class AAA State Playoffs with a sweep towards Mount Pisgah Christian Friday.
The Cavs dominated in each outings. They gained sport one 13-2, and accomplished the sweep with an 11-0 victory in sport two.
Calvary Day had a memorable playoff run in 2024. The Cavs made it to the GHSA Class AAA State Ultimate however fell to Harlem within the ultimate collection.
“It is good that we have had a very good regional run,” stated Calvary Day Senior Ryan Wallace. “We have seen plenty of good opponents exterior of the area which have ready us for the streak we have to go on.”
