Are Canada's Wonderlands rides safe? Watch this video! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CDI0fRgWfF4
Yukon Strikers sub pump and safety features worked as usual and the ride opened later that evening.
It's raining hard and there is that many people
We were there and playing in the rain
I was there 3 days ago and never rained was this the Thursday
Small world, my friends and I were sheltering under the same place as you!!! My friends can actually be seen running at 0:46 in the bright yellow shirts running. I was in a bright yellow shirt with two braids and blue shorts and white shoes
We didn't get a storm in Newmarket yesterday but we got a heck of a bad 1 today around 4pm ish.
Epic water coaster though
We were on Thunder Run and the ride got shut down. So we just left the park and by the time we got to our car it started down pouring like this! Crazy!!! Guess the water park was open to everyone that day lol
Looks like some of them don't have the common sense to get out of the rain.
Seeing that rain reminded me of my first trip back to wonderland at about age 11. We were about to hit splash works when the sky opened. Glad everyone and Yukon striker are OK. I believe that was the same period as my eyes shut front row or near front row on ๐ ๐ฅ
I was there during the storm lol. It was brutal
some of my fam and all their friends were there yesterday and had so much fun and so many laughs๐
Can you tell me why cedar point so dangerous to go on the roller coasters there and the operation got injured over there a couple days ago forward the message please
Yukon Striker's tunnel has been flooded!
The one day I go this year am I some how missed you! ๐ that was a crazy storm
I'm wondering if some of their drain pipes are gunked up. Might need to scope them. Something similar happened at my parents place about 25 years ago and the storm drains backed up into everyone's sewage drains. My parents were lucky they had a higher basement then our neighbors.
wow yesterday I also had one, my mother said her arm hairs started to stick up then lightening and thunder at the same time. and that was in new brunswick
On our backstage tour in 2018 (ACE) we told of the pumps and where shown the pumps when they allowed us into the tunnel.
Plus the storm only happend for 45 minutes and then it was sunny so everything was good besides people being soaked yesterday
I was in the middle of a patio dinner at a restaurant in Oakville when the storm hit. I got totally dumped on and so did my burger
I was there yesterday and watching the 3:00 pm dog show it was insane lighting even struck the tent 2 times
Chocolatey water flood
I was there that day as well, weird storm! Lasted for an hour, and before and after was super sunny
I was there when it happened and didnโt look in there but was disappointed to not be able to go on Yukon for the third time that day
Flood those dumbs
All of us there yesterday basically got into the water park for free (not really though lmao, only because it poured and everyone got soaked for free so thatโs like the water park ๐)
I was there yesterday during that storm. I was in the line for Leviathan, the rain started and I stayed under the Leviathan tent the entire time during the rain (about 40 minutes to an hour) Rain still went through the tents so luckily I had an umbrella and I used it
Bruh I got soaked in that shit yesterday
Cool they added the splash down to Yukon Striker like Sheikra and Griffon
Again, this is not dangerous folks~~ The team at Canada's Wonderland knew this would happen, so they built a pump system so the water can be drained in case this happens ๐
That time i was at the park with a umbrella
That is crazy!!!
I never seen Wonderland flooded before
My friend was at wonderland yesterday
Finally Yukon has a splash down
I was there and it was CRAZY. Also, you may have forgot but yesterday at night, I was lining up for Leviathan and me and my friends saw you. You probably don't remember me, but I was the girl in the pink shirt who waved to you guys.
