Hello all,
I have a six-piece Drum Workshop Performance Series all maple drum set in excellent condition for sale. It is an imposing set and includes 8″, 10″, and 12″ toms, 14″ floor tom, 24″ virgin bass drum and a matching 5″x14″ all maple snare.
The Performance Series drums are crafted in Oxnard, California by the same craftsmen who create the Collectors Series. The difference is that these are half the price and remain VERY high quality. A number of professionals play this series because the smaller turret lug reduces the dampening on the shell and allows for greater resonance from each drum. They are punchy and very musical.
The color is gloss natural maple and the drums are in near perfect condition.
Included are several DW 9000 series multi stands, a high-end PDP hi-hat and a 700 series Yamaha snare stand. I prefer those because of the small footprint they have. A DW bass drum pedal is also included, in addition to an LP cowbell and mount.
Also included are a set of Dave Weckl Sabian HXX Evolution cymbals. This includes a 20″ ride, 18″ Ozone crash and 14″ hi-hats. The cymbals gleam and sound superb. A Sabian B8 splash cymbal found its way onto the set and will be included. It is in fine shape and sounds great – better than expected.
The total original list prices totaled over $5200. I have bundled everything at $2850, but I can sell the drums for $2400 without the cymbals. The cymbals can be sold without the drums for $600.
