The Law of Attraction states that like attracts like. That means if you want to have a high-vibe routine you NEED to start with getting your energy in check and raising your vibration from the moment you wake up.
Want a peek inside my mindful morning routine using the law of attraction? Here’s a detailed guide of the ten steps I take each morning to keep my mindset in check and the secrets I use to become a magnet for my desires.
Wake up
My morning mindset routine starts like clockwork. I wake up at 5:50-6:00 am despite the fact I never ever set alarms. I just let my body do it’s thing. This is my absolute favourite way to get up in the morning because it gives me full confidence that my body has had what it needs. Once up, I have huge floor to ceiling windows and I can look out and see the sun rising across the lake on one side and the city on the other. It’s beautiful.
If you don’t already wake up without an alarm and would like to try it, give it a go on the weekend or another time when you don’t have anywhere to be. Before you go to sleep, the night before, set an intention for what time you’d like to wake up and let your body take care of the rest. Although it might take a couple of tries, your mind can do incredible things when you ask it to.
Hack my brain waves for quantum manifestation
I take advantage of my brain being in an alpha state of relaxation and get to work on impressing my subconscious with what I’m currently manifesting (more on that in this post). I read my goals aloud and feel the feelings as if it’s already happened. For the same reason, I also do this just before I fall asleep.
Meditation
Connecting with your intuition is one of the most powerful Law of Attraction rituals and that’s why I’m obsessed with meditation. At the time of writing, I’m on track for my 500th consecutive day and my meditation journey has been eye-opening, to say the least. In terms of audio, I usually use the Insight Timer app or if I can’t find anything that day I’ll just search for 15-minute meditation music on YouTube. I always do my meditation unguided so I can take this as an opportunity to be intentional with what I’m focussing on.
Journaling
At the very least I’ll do ‘Morning Pages’. This is essentially a stream of consciousness writing whatever comes to mind and basically brain dumping. Having consistently journaled almost every day throughout a global pandemic and 200 days of hard lockdown in Melbourne I not only attribute this to keeping me sane, but to seriously transforming my life. It was journaling that led me to start my coaching business, to the inspiration for my manifestation course, landing my dream corner apartment and so many other incredible things. Too many to count, but if you’re super curious I’m always sharing my manifestation wins on my Instagram.
I’ve written a huge post all about journaling with five powerful prompts to inspire rapid growth. If you’re serious about adding this into your daily morning rituals you can learn more about why journaling is so effective and grab those prompts.
Read for an hour
I’m a firm believer that without writing or taking action on what you’ve read it’s just data. It’s when we give what we’ve learned meaning through our own lenses of the world that it really begins to take form. Not only that but taking notes is KEY for information retention alone. I think it goes from something like 20-60% retention, but don’t quote me on that.
In 2020 I committed to reading 52 books and I honestly feel like as a result, I’m living in a completely different world. I take notes for every single non-fiction book I read. If you’re interested in seeing what that looks like and how I highlight I share my note-taking process over on my Instagram, which you can find on my ’52’ highlight.
Vision Board
I can see my vision board from my bed so normally while I’m still cosied up in the covers I’ll look over and spend some time feeling into the vision.
Use this major mindset shift to infuse your vision board with some extra manifestation magic – you are not visualising the life you will one day have. You’re remembering the life you already have. You are embodying that version of the next level you that already exists so don’t put your vision board life on a pedestal.
EFT Tapping + Water
EFT Tapping (Emotional Freedom Techniques) involves physically tapping on acupressure points on the body to release emotional distress. It sounds strange – but trust me it works. My current favourites are Tap with Brad and Gala Darling and I’ll spend 5-10 minutes tapping on whatever I feel called to that day.
It’s also important to be hydrated when tapping so if I haven’t got round to drinking yet this is when I do it. I keep a huge 1L bottle next to my bed so I don’t have to go anywhere.
Speak lovingly to myself
Listen, I love to big myself up. I love to do it. I think there’s something incredibly powerful about owning your magnificence. So every morning when I wake up that’s exactly what I do. I’ll just sit for a few minutes checking in with myself and showering myself with compliments.
As opposed to affirmations, with this spiritual morning ritual, I focus on my past and present rather than future pacing. This started in the midst of lockdown as I was hugely missing social interaction. But it’s stuck around as a daily spiritual routine because I’m obsessed with how it makes me feel.
Dancing
Emotion is just energy in motion so one of the quickest ways to shift your energy is to MOVE your body! I have a playlist on YouTube (never got on the Spotify hype don’t @ me) that I love to listen to. The playlist is literally called ‘Seducing Myself’ because it makes me feel THAT good. Manifesting with music helps you to fast track your desires because of how you FEEL when you’re listening. I challenge you to create your own and be super-mindful about what songs, what lyrics you’re including because you’re reaffirming these to yourself every day. After you’ve created your playlist I’d love for you DM me on Instagram @efiasulter_ with your top songs – I’m always looking for suggestions.
Affirmations
Affirmations are SO powerful, but only if you know why and how to use them. Understanding the science and strategy behind them completely changed the game for me and they’re one of my favourite tools in my spiritual toolkit today. I use them both in the morning and throughout the day in a variety of different ways and they’ve led to some huge manifestations, especially in the financial department.

How long does my morning routine take?
So that sums up my super detailed spiritual routine using the law of attraction. Most days I spend two hours flowing through these practices and taking this time to connect with my highest self by integrating my key morning routine principles.
My key morning routine principles
My morning routine using the law of attraction revolves around four core principles. If you’d like to implement these into your own morning rituals here’s my advice:
Create a mindful morning routine
Having mindful morning rituals helps ground you for the rest of the day. No part of my morning routine is rushed. In fact, the very nature of it being so relaxed is what makes it powerful. When you’re rushing around or feeling stressed about all the things you have to do you’re not fully in the present moment. That is where life is being lived. That is where the magic is happening.
Get serious about time management
If you need to, wake up earlier so you can take it easier. OR do less! Yes, really. There’s no point doing all the things if you have to rush through them. If you only have time to fit in one practice GREAT. If you can only do each thing for a couple of minutes THAT’S FINE. But if you’re saying that you have no time and you spend half an hour in the morning scrolling through Instagram then… I see you. And if you’re one of my clients and you come to me saying you have no time I will absolutely press you for a detailed itinerary on where every second of that time is going.
Switching it up
Spontaneity is one of my main values in life. So if I wake up one day and feel like popping downstairs to get some breakfast I’ll do it. If one day I just want to do a couple of things I go with it. Meditation + journaling are my only non-negotiables. Give yourself the freedom to respond to your body. Let your actions be guided by intuition.
Set a heartfelt intention
Everything you do has intention. Everything. So go into your morning routine knowing what you’d like to get out of it. Maybe it’s a word for the day or perhaps there are some answers you’re hoping to find. Whatever it is make sure to ASK the universe for guidance and trust that the answers will come to you. Setting an intention is easy to do, but also easy not to do…
