A man has pleaded guilty to food safety offenses involving a type of meat that is illegal to produce in the United Kingdom.

Carmello Gale, from Llandysul in Wales, pleaded guilty at Isleworth Crown Court to conspiring to place unsafe food, namely smokie meat, on the market.
