Mrs. Camille Blue-Roberts Lend
Mrs. Camille Blue-Roberts Lend, generation 94, widow of the overdue Otis Mark Lend of Harris Neck, and mom of Darien Town Councilman William Collins, passed on to the great beyond on Sunday, November 3, 2024, on the house of her daughter in Jacksonville, FL.
Camille was once born in Jacksonville, FL on December 17, 1929 to Laura Bell Blue and William H. Hill (Tallahassee, FL). She won her early training within the family college device of Jacksonville and Untouched York Town. She won her Nursing Coaching at Untouched York College. Upon turning back Florida, she labored at St. Luke’s Health center, Duval Scientific Heart, and the Visiting Nurses Affiliation.
At an early generation, she joined Dayspring Baptist Church in Jacksonville, the place she sang in Choir #1, and served at the Nurses Guild. She is a constitution member, and Assistant Matron of the Eureka Bankruptcy of the Form of the Japanese Stars, the Reside Lengthy and Like It Senior Electorate Membership, and the Friday Evening Reside Bowling League.
She is preceded in dying via her oldsters, grandparents, one daughter, Sandra Roberts Jackson, and one grandson, Rev. Van Este’ Jackson. She leaves to cherish her reminiscence, seven kids, Dr. William H. A. Collins, Darien, GA; Ronald E. Thomas (Delores); David W. Jones (Pamela); Tina M. Works (Henry), all of Jacksonville, FL; Minister Joseph F. Patterson (Rev. Myra) of Norfolk, VA; Irvin S. Patterson (Kecia); and Clayton W. Paterson (Kaoru) of Jacksonville, FL.; 23 grandchildren; 62 great-grandchildren; and 11 great-great-grandchildren; one Aunt Laura Dell Rhodes; two brothers, Alfred Juan Carter (Lilcharmda) and Louis Ballinger (Barbara); 4 sisters, Rose Johnson, Brenda Harvey (Leander), Carolyn Jones and Dorothy Ambrister; and a bunch of nieces, nephews, cousins and buddies.
