WARREN AREA– The Georgia Bureau of Examination (GBI) apprehended a Newton Area local that showed at a college 75 miles east of Covington.

Mason Garrett, 22, was apprehended on April 29 for making spoken hazards at Warren Area Senior High School (WCHS), where he is an instructor.
