Mrs. Barbara Ann Johnson-Wright, 65 years old of Garnett, South Carolina, passed away on Friday, July 25, 2025, in Bluffton, South Carolina surrounded by her devoted sons.
- Longtime operations manager at DCCI, serving the company for over 30 years.
- Faithful member of Hopewell CME Church, demonstrating devotion and obedience to her faith.
- Survived by three devoted sons and an extensive network of siblings, in-laws, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
- Services: Walk-Thru on August 1 at Bostick Funeral Home Chapel; funeral at Hopewell CME Church on August 2.
- Burial at Breeler Field Cemetery; health reminder emphasizing masking and social distancing.
Mrs. Wright was a graduate of Estill High School in 1978. At an early age, she joined Hopewell CME Church in Scotia, South Carolina, where she was a faithful member who always had demonstrated her faith, and obedience according to His teachings.
Mrs. Wright was employed with and managed operations for “DCCI”, Domestic Cleaning Company for over 30 years.
She loved spending time with her family and had enjoyed outdoors activities with her late husband.
Mrs. Wright leaves her love to her family; Three devoted sons; Trevis Johnson, Roger (Lenora) Wright, Jr., and Donte’ (Renee) Wright, eight siblings; Minnie Wilson, Carolyn Johnson, Diane ( Gussie) Heyward, Herbert Lee ( Barbara) Johnson, Beverly Edwards, Gladys (Joseph) Scruggs, Earl (Donna) Housey, and Martha (James) Eady, nine brother and sister in laws; Emily Smalls, Kenneth (Laurie) Wright, Donald (Twana) Wright, Ronald ( Marlowe) Wright, Kevin Wright, Shirley Harley, Florence (James) Ling, Herman James, and Wanda Johnson, one aunt; Carolyn (Jessie) Grant, one aunt in law; Ernestine Tice. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends
A Walk-Thru will be held on Friday, August 01, 2025, at Bostick Funeral Home Chapel in Ridgeland, South Carolina, from 4-6 PM.
Funeral Service will be on Saturday, August 02, 2025, at Hopewell CME Church, located at 3200 Daley Road, Garnett, South Carolina 29922, at 11:00 AM.
Burial will take place at Breeler Field Cemetery in Garnett, South Carolina.
