Pfizer Names Yolanda Lyle Senior Vice President, Chief Risk Officer


Yolanda Lyle is an accomplished attorney with more than 20 years of experience providing counsel to pharmaceutical companies. She is currently Senior Vice President, Chief Risk Officer of Pfizer Inc. In this role, she leads the Office of Ethics & Risk Management and is responsible for stewarding Pfizer’s commitment to integrity and building a strong risk management framework to support the company’s operations.

Prior to accepting this appointment, she served as Senior Vice President, Chief of Staff to the Chairman & CEO of Pfizer, Inc, and New York Headquarters Site Lead.

Yolanda is a member of the Executive Leadership Council (ELC), a network of the nation’s most influential African American executives. She currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Boston College Wall Street Business Leadership Council and is also a member of the Boston College Law School Alumni Board.

She was recently honored by Savoy Magazine as one of the 2024 Most Influential Executives in Corporate America, as well as by Diversity Women Media as one of the Elite 100 black female executives transforming corporate America. Last spring, she was also named as one of the top 50 African American Leaders at the 20th Annual National Diversity & Leadership Conference.

Yolanda began her career as a corporate attorney with the law firm Nutter, McClennen & Fish, in Boston, MA. She is a native Bostonian and proud triple eagle, having earned her law degree from Boston College Law School, her undergraduate degree from Boston College, as well as an honorary degree from Boston College in May, 2022.
