    Free Physical Fitness in the Park will definitely happen every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at Romare Bearden Park with June 21

    The collection uses 2 exercises:

    • Relocate & & Groove Physical conditioning: A dance workout with tunes
      • Dates: Tuesdays & & Thursdays: May 15, 22, 27, 29, June 3, 5, 12, 17, 19
      • Time: 6 p.m.– 7 p.m.
      • Make sure you have: Water
    • Stretch & & Rhythm Combination: Expanding and balance workouts readied to songs.
      • Dates: Saturdays: Might 17, 24, 31, June 7, 14, 21
      • Time: 9 a.m.– 10: 30 a.m.
      • Guarantee you have: Yoga exercise floor covering, towel, water

    Cost-free Physical Fitness in the Park enters into Uptown’s new Flicks, Songs & & Movement collection, which looks for to bring complimentary programs and enjoyment to Uptown Charlotte.
