When To Expect Release Date?

If you’re looking for the iOS 26 beta 7 download and expected release date, here’s what you need to know as an iPhone or iPad user.

Apple is now set on releasing a new beta version of iOS 26 every week or so after sticking to the two-weekly cycle until the release of beta 6.

That release came on August 11, just a week after the release of the fifth beta. The public beta is now also underway as we work our way closer to that expected mid-September release date.

Apple has not yet confirmed when it intends to release the 7th iOS 26 developer beta, but that doesn’t mean that we can’t make an educated guess on when that is likely to happen. Assuming that Apple sticks to its new weekly release cadence, we should expect that it will release iOS 26 beta 7 on or around August 18.

While we don’t yet know what this new beta release will improve in terms of features and stability, performance and stability upgrades are sure to be part of this version. It’s also important to remember that no matter how much the most recent betas are improved over the earlier ones, these are still beta releases so bugs should be expected. For that reason, we suggest only installing the beta on a device that you don’t need to rely on.
