MADISON, Wis. — The Wisconsin Supreme Court docket has suspended a choose accused of serving to a person evade immigration authorities.
The FBI took Milwaukee County Circuit Choose Hannah Dugan into custody on Friday morning on the county courthouse. She faces federal fees of concealing a person to forestall his discovery and arrest and obstructing or impeding a continuing.
The state Supreme Court docket issued a two-page order Tuesday noting that Dugan faces two federal fees and saying it’s within the public curiosity to quickly relieve her of her duties.
