Atlanta HQ: Following its $8.6 billion merger with Synovus in January, Pinnacle Financial Partners is establishing its corporate headquarters in Midtown Atlanta. The 165,000-square-foot space will house some 400 employees when it officially opens next year.

Healthcare Expansions: St. Mary’s Health Care System is expanding both its Athens and Greensboro locations. The $35 million Center for Heart, Vascular and Neurosciences in Athens will feature the region’s first 4D CT scanner, while the St. Mary’s Good Samaritan Hospital in Greensboro is seeing a $45.6 million expansion that will include a 42,000-square-foot space for additional advanced specialty and outpatient services. Both are slated to open in the fall of 2027.

The company, which develops software and an AI-driven technology platform to manage insulin levels for diabetes patients in hospitals, was founded in Georgia.

The company is partnering with Canadian-based PotisEdge, a subsidiary of Chinese solar panel manufacturer Longi Green Energy Technology Co. Ltd.
