Black Travelers: Explore Culture, Adventure & Connection

    Key takeaways
    • Launch of AnguillAir, a branded extension of BermudAir, marks expansion beyond Bermuda.
    • New nonstop winter service from Boston and Baltimore to Anguilla begins December 19, 2025.
    • Reopening of Clayton J. Lloyd International Airport enables larger aircraft and supports Anguilla’s sustainable tourism growth.
    • Network updates: Providence suspended; Fort Lauderdale becomes winter-only; emphasis remains on premium island hospitality.

The Caribbean just got a little more connected and a lot more luxurious.

BermudAir, Bermuda’s boutique airline known for its elevated inflight service and island-first ethos, has announced a major expansion that is turning heads across the region. This winter, the carrier will introduce direct service to Anguilla from Boston and Baltimore, along with the launch of AnguillAir, a new branded extension of BermudAir focused on enhancing connectivity between island communities and key U.S. gateways.

Starting December 19, 2025, travelers from the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic will be able to fly nonstop to one of the Caribbean’s most exclusive and serene destinations. For BermudAir, this new route represents a strategic leap in its mission to build meaningful links across British Overseas Territories and beyond.

“This is what BermudAir was built for,” said Adam Scott, Founder and CEO. “Strengthening island connections, delivering extraordinary service, and driving sustainable economic growth for communities like Bermuda and now, Anguilla.”

Introducing AnguillAir with Premium Island Flair

With its own identity and aircraft design, AnguillAir signals the beginning of BermudAir’s broader growth strategy across the Caribbean. Anguilla is the airline’s first scheduled destination outside of Bermuda, representing a significant milestone in its expansion.

The announcement follows the reopening of Clayton J. Lloyd International Airport, a development that supports larger aircraft and increased visitor traffic. This move aligns with Anguilla’s infrastructure goals and its commitment to sustainable tourism growth.

“Our partnership with BermudAir is a pivotal moment for Anguilla’s future,” said Hon. Jose Vanterpool, Minister of Infrastructure. “This route sets the stage for long-term development and stronger regional connections.”

Tourism Minister Hon. Cardigan Connor added, “Direct flights from Boston and Baltimore are a crucial step for Anguilla’s tourism industry. These routes open the door for continued growth as more travelers seek our distinctive charm and high-end experiences.”

A Perfect Match for Elevated Travel

Renowned for its soft white sands, boutique resorts, and peaceful surroundings, Anguilla is an ideal complement to BermudAir’s upscale inflight service. The airline has earned praise for offering a premium travel experience rooted in the warmth and hospitality of island life.

These new flights promise the same high standard, now enhanced with access to one of the Caribbean’s most desirable destinations.

    Flight Schedule Highlights

    • Boston (BOS) to Anguilla (AXA)
    • Baltimore (BWI) to Anguilla (AXA)

Service begins December 19, 2025, operating during the winter season

In line with the expansion, BermudAir will also be making network updates. Service to Providence will be suspended, and Fort Lauderdale will shift to a winter-only schedule to align with seasonal demand.

Whether you are planning your next tropical escape or tracking the future of Caribbean aviation, AnguillAir brings something fresh to the skies. It is not just about flights. It is about community, culture, and connection.
