Style Spotlight: Looks, Trends & Fashion Inspiration

So I did a blind reaction to International Zoe on his opinions on passport bros.  It’s a little different from my normal content, but I think it’s a good video to look into.

According to Wikipedia: Passport bro is a neologism coined to describe Western men who travel to developing countries for the purpose of dating or marrying women from there.[1] The term became popularized through TikTok.[2] Passport bros often seek traditional wives who are willing to live in a patriarchal household. The practice has been criticized as exploitive and a form of sex tourism.[3] Women from these countries have been objectified and sexually harassed.

Now I understood that these men come to the African, South American, or Asian countries because to wine and dine these women would be cheap. And the men would be ‘rewarded’ with sex or other favors.

What International Zoe is saying in this video is, “yesterday’s prices aren’t today’s prices.” The women in these countries are expecting more because of the competition. Women also aren’t falling for these men’s tricks anymore because they know what to look for.

So being a passport bro is getting harder to do. Countries will start cracking down on this soon.

I personally never liked the idea of passport bros. I just don’t like the idea of using women like that.  I have no problem with going to another country to find a wife, but I don’t like trying to use women.
