Boy Is Mine Tour Kicks Off October 16 with Brandy, Monica, and R&B Powerhouse Lineup Across 24 U.S. Cities

NEW YORK, NY – A defining moment in R&B history begins tonight as GRAMMY Award-winning icons Brandy and Monica officially launch their first-ever co-headlining tour — The Boy Is Mine Tour — in Cincinnati, Ohio, at the Heritage Bank Center.

Produced by the Black Promoters Collective, the 24-city arena tour runs through December 7, celebrating the legacy of Brandy and Monica’s 1998 hit “The Boy Is Mine,” which dominated the Billboard Hot 100 for 13 consecutive weeks and remains one of the most iconic R&B duets of all time.

“This tour is a celebration of growth, sisterhood, and the love our fans have given us from day one,” said Brandy.
“We’re giving the people what they’ve been asking for—and doing it with grace, love, and purpose,” added Monica.

Tour Features Kelly Rowland, Muni Long & Jamal Roberts

Joining Brandy and Monica are:

  • Kelly Rowland – Destiny’s Child legend and R&B powerhouse

  • Muni Long – GRAMMY-winning singer-songwriter of “Hrs and Hrs”

  • Jamal Roberts – The newly crowned American Idol Season 23 winner

Together, this lineup brings unmatched energy and multi-generational vocal brilliance to the stage.

“Bringing Brandy and Monica together is more than just a moment—it’s a cultural homecoming,” said Shelby Joyner, President of Black Promoters Collective.

Legacy in Motion

The tour follows the duo’s 2024 reunion on Ariana Grande’s remix of “the boy is mine”, which earned them another GRAMMY nomination more than 25 years after their original win.

With Brandy working on her upcoming memoir and Monica preparing to release her country debut Open Roads, The Boy Is Mine Tour marks a powerful return to the stage—and a new era of R&B excellence.
