Style Spotlight: Looks, Trends & Fashion Inspiration

    Key takeaways
    • Embrace fall’s slowdown as a moment for reflection and deep, gratitude-filled breathing.
    • Intentionally pursue quiet, everyday joy found in laughter, stillness, and simple moments.
    • 2025 brought self-discovery through plants, movement, creativity, and authentic self-expression.
    • Fashion choices favor comfort: warm jackets, fleece, and effortless sweater-and-leggings combos.
    • Savor the season by building a life you love, moving with intention, and letting joy meet you.

There’s this shift that happens every fall that always puts me in such a position of gratitude and joy; it’s palatable.

The air turns crisp, the days feel shorter, and everything seems to slow down — just enough for me to breathe a little deeper. This season for me has always felt like a warm hug, a soft reset before the rush of the holidays. It’s where comfort meets reflection, and where joy seems to find me without effort.

This year, I’ve been intentional about one thing: pursuing joy. Not the kind that needs to be earned or chased, but the kind that shows up quietly in moments of gratitude, laughter, and stillness. 2025 has truly been a year of discovery – finding my love for plants, through movement, creativity, and simply showing up as myself — and adidas has been part of that story every step of the way. For that, I am eternally grateful!

This year, I’ve lived in pieces that make me feel good inside and out. Warm jackets, any and everything fleece, and of course, the sweater and leggings combo that has carried me through it all. Simple, effortless, and grounded — just like this season.

So, here’s to fall — to slowing down, to being present, and to savoring all the little things that make life feel like home.

May this season remind you to find your own little slices of joy — the kind that make you want to build a life you love living, not one you need a vacation from. Wrap yourself in comfort, move with intention, and let joy meet you exactly where you are.
