Real Estate News & Market Insights:

Key takeaways
  • AI and social media are central focuses, with experts teaching practical tricks and hacks to stay ahead of trends.
  • Over 20 panels will emphasize lead generation, securing and closing listings, and strategic business leverage.
  • Leaders like Gary Keller, Jay Papasan, and Jason Abrams will co-lead discussions on scaling real estate businesses.
  • Event features top speakers—Jay Baer, Sahil Bloom, Marcus Sheridan—covering marketing, purpose, and AI-driven communication.
  • The conference will unveil a new AI Playbook and updated MREA Playbook for implementing proven models and systems.

Keller Williams Realty, LLC (KW), the world’s largest real estate franchise by agent count, will host its industry-leading annual real estate training conference, Mega Agent Camp 2025 (MAC), from August 11–14, 2025, in San Antonio, Texas.

“This isn’t average camp, everyone’s invited, but this content is delivered by and written for the top one half of one percent of all agents,” said Jason Abrams, Head of Industry and Learning, KW.

“This is where you come to sharpen your skills when your skills are the sharpest in your market. This is Mega Agent Camp,” said Abrams.

MAC 2025 will deliver high-impact training, market insights, and powerful keynotes to ensure real estate entrepreneurs thrive in a rapidly shifting market.

Along with a heavy focus on AI and social media, more than 20 panels will center on lead generation, procuring and closing real estate listings, and business leverage, grounded in the proven models from The Millionaire Real Estate Agent (MREA) and SHIFT, co-authored by Gary Keller and Jay Papasan.

Keller, Papasan, and Abrams will co-lead panel discussions on driving real estate business growth.

“Influencer platforms are changing the way we live and work,” said Abrams. “AI and social media are central focuses this year, and we have experts from across the globe to teach their tricks and hacks to get ahead of the trends.”

“Everyone has a choice: get ahead or play from behind,” said Abrams.

MAC 2025 will feature best-in-class entrepreneurs, tech leaders, and marketing strategists:

  • Jay Baer, a global strategist and customer experience expert, will speak on marketing and brand loyalty in a digital-first world.
  • Sahil Bloom, a New York Times bestselling author of The 5 Types of Wealth, is delivering a transformative keynote on designing a purposeful life and business.
  • Chuck Davis, CEO of Stone Point Capital, and Gary Keller will hold an exclusive business conversation on scaling with purpose.
  • Marcus Sheridan, a sales and communication strategist hailed as a “web marketing guru” by The New York Times, will speak on AI, trust, and transformational communication.
  • The hosts of the Empire Building Podcast, Tiffany Fykes, Kymber Lovett-Menkiti, Seychelle Van Poole, Wendy Papasan, and Sarah Reynolds, will lead a high-impact panel on pricing strategies for listings, helping agents sharpen skills in market positioning and maximizing value for sellers.

MAC 2025 will also unveil:

  • A new AI Playbook, a tactical guide to implementing artificial intelligence in real estate.
  • The latest edition of the MREA Playbook, an updated guide to the foundational systems and models behind top-producing agents.

“I’m fired up! The field is wide open, the markets are shifting, the technologies are changing, and there has never been more opportunity for an agent than there is today,” said Abrams.

“The models we use in our lives dictate the outcomes we get,” said Abrams. “Mega Agent Camp is about the most powerful real estate models in the world shown in full view on real estate’s biggest stage.”

Last year’s MAC drew close to 4,800 agents from 18 countries, with over 31% of them being first-time attendees.
