Savannah Chatham County Public School System (SCCPS) Update: United Way of the Coastal Empire will host Read United Day on Friday, Jan. 30, with volunteers visiting Savannah-Chatham elementary classrooms across the district. Dangerously cold temperatures will move into our area Saturday evening and continue through Monday morning. SSU received a $4,000 grant to create a Clean Energy Policy Simulation Lab.
