    2/5/2026 – Chatham Area Transit Authority’s (CAT) Board of Directors will hold a special called meeting on Monday, February 9, 2026, at 12:00 p.m.

    The purpose of this special meeting is to enter executive session for discussion or deliberation on the appointment, employment, compensation, or periodic evaluation or rating of an agency executive head as provided in O.C.G.A § 50-14-3(b)(2), and to consider matters under old/new business.

    Only the matters identified in this notice will be considered at this special meeting.

    The meeting will be held at CAT Central, located at 900 E. Gwinnett St., and is open to the public.

    CAT Board of Directors Special Called Meeting: 12:00 p.m., Monday, February 9, 2026.
