CAT Board to Hold a Special Called Meeting on January 7 – Chatham Area Transit (CAT)

1/6/26 – Chatham Area Transit Authority’s (CAT) Board of Directors will hold a special called meeting on Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at 2:30 p.m.

The purpose of this special meeting is to address unfinished business related to state legislative services contract award and to conduct an executive session to discuss pending litigation.

Only the matters identified in this notice will be considered at this special meeting.

The meeting will be held at CAT Central, located at 900 E. Gwinnett St., and is open to the public.
