    CAT to Operate on a Holiday Schedule for Memorial Day – Chatham Area Transit (CAT)

    Chatham Area Transit Authority Holiday Update:

    5/19/2025– Chatham Area Transportation Authority (CAT) will be operating on a vacation schedule on Monday, May 26, for Memorial Day.

    This seasonal holiday schedule will apply to all fixed-route buses and CAT Mobility will operate up until 10 p.m. to mirror the fixed-route schedule. Please keep in mind that this will influence the regularity and timing of all scheduled trips.

    CAT Paratransit can still book from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on May 26, 2025.

    The DOT will certainly run from 10 a.m. to 6: 30 p.m., and the Savannah Belles Ferryboat will operate its existing schedule from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. CAT Connect will operate on its normal scheduled hours.

    Customer service can be contacted from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. by calling (912) 233 – 5767 for any issues.

    CAT administrative workplaces will be shut for regular business, but the ticket window, situated at the Joe Murray Rivers, Jr. Intermodal Transportation Facility, will certainly be open from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.The transit facility is located at 610 W. Oglethorpe Ave Savannah, Georgia.
