Style Spotlight: Looks, Trends & Fashion Inspiration
I had the chance to attend the grand opening of Dion Lee’s Miami store in the Design District. It was a surreal experience; they invited me to a private fitting where I selected a full Dion Lee look for the party. My choice: Black cropped jacket. Pleated denim mini. My Givenchy shark boots hit the sidewalk like punctuation. It felt sharp. Intentional. Structured in all the right ways. So me.

The party itself felt electric. The DJ spun tracks while cocktails and champagne floated across the room. Stylish guests mingled over small bites and exclusive giveaways. And yes, Dion Lee was there. I met him. He was quiet, kind, and grounded, the kind of energy that mirrors his work.
That night felt like a beginning. But now we know it was closer to an ending. The Miami store is gone. The brand is gone too. It’s wild to think that this night was one of the final chapters in the brand’s story, at least for now. While we don’t know what the future holds for Dion Lee, I’m grateful to have been part of this moment in Miami. That’s why I’m immortalizing the moment on my blog, albeit a bit late. It meant something to me, and deserves to live on outside of a flicker of a moment on Instagram.
