SAVANNAH – Ms. Fayquita Elaine Scott “Fay”, 64 entered eternal rest, Wednesday, July 2, 2025, at her residence. She was a native of Savannah and a graduate of Sol C. Johnson High School, Class of 1979. She worked for Curry Dry Cleaners for many years.
- Survived by daughters DeShawn Scott, Danielle Hill, Ciera Scott, son Jaquez Scott, mother Jessie Mae Scott, siblings, grandchildren, and great-grandchild.
- Predeceased by sister Sonia Scott.
- Memorial service to be held at a later date by the family.
Fay is preceded in death by a sister, Sonia Scott.
Fay leaves to cherish her memories: daughters, DeShawn Scott of Columbia, SC; Danielle Hill and Ciera Scott; son, Jaquez Scott all of Savannah; her mother, Jessie Mae Scott of New Rochelle, NY; one brother, Anthony Scott (Julia) of Whites Plaines, NY; sisters, Catherine McRae (Randy), Erica Mozee both of Stanford, CT; 9 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Fay will always remain in our hearts.
A memorial service will be held at a later date by the family.
