    • Sentury’s reimagining of Jeffrey Osborne’s “Only Human” topped Billboard’s Adult R&B chart and earned praise from Barry Eastman.

    • Fans can expect consistent R&B releases, strong stage presence, and ambitions for tours, collaborations, and broader recognition.

Fresh off their #1 Billboard hit “Only Human,” Houston’s R&B powerhouse Sentury just released their most passionate offering yet. “Forever” showcases the quartet’s pristine harmonies in a timeless love anthem that reinforces their position as the new kings of “Grown Man R&B.” Following their recent Essence Festival triumph and 9x Billboard chart appearances, CJ, Leo, AJ, and Rico deliver a masterclass in modern soul that proves why they’re the group bringing R&B back to its glory days.

This emotionally charged track celebrates the themes of enduring love, devotion, and commitment, delivering powerful lyrics like “I’ll cry for you, lady // I’ll die for you, sweetheart” and, “Forever, forever // you will always be my lady.” The song’s harmonies and melodies beautifully convey the passionate feelings of finding someone who brings pure joy and completes your world.

Sentury’s recent reimagining of Jeffrey Osborne’s hit “Only Human” topped Billboard’s Adult R&B chart at #1and earned praise from the original’s producer and co-writer, Barry Eastman. With stunning harmonies, dynamic stage presence, and magnetic charisma, CJ, Leo, AJ, and Rico continue to captivate audiences nationwide. Their artistry has been highlighted by major outlets like Rated R&B, Great Day Houston,Apple Music’s Smooth & Easy, Tearjerkers, Slow Dancing, Amazon Music’s Adult R&B, and more.

Watch the Music Video for “Forever” here:

Congrats on the new single.  How did you come up with the music video concept?

We came up with the concept for the new single because we’re telling a Love Story between a couple. We wanted to show the different variations of the relationship leading up to the engagement.

Are you inspired by 90s/early 2000s R&B groups like Blackstreet and Boys II Men?

We’re definitely inspired by ’90s R&B groups like Jodeci, Boyz II Men, Dru Hill, Jagged Edge, 112 and H-Town. Even some ’80s groups like Guy, Boyz II Men and the whole Motown movement.

What’s the overall vision for the group? Tours? Grammys? Collabs?

The overall vision for the group is to make consistent R&B. We’d love the success and accolades that come along with making really good music.

How did you all manage to find each other at this stage in your lives?

Everybody uses their talents, gifts and strengths to make our group stronger. We work well as a team.

    What can fans expect next?

The fans can expect consistent R&B love music coming from Sentury.

Sentury’s style is silk in motion—rich harmonies, vintage cool, and unapologetic soul draped insmooth suits and dimly lit desire. They effortlessly channel the golden age of R&B: think wine- soaked vocals over slow-dancing basslines, leather-bound notebooks of love letters, and late night phone calls under streetlamp halos. The production is lush but grounded—live instrumentation kissed with modern sheen, like satin slipping over a drumbeat. Their sound is sexy without showboating, vulnerable without weakness, and classic without sounding dated. This is grown-man R&B: respectful, romantic, and full of finesse. You don’t just listen to Sentury— you feel them in your chest. Perfect for riding top-down at dusk, two-stepping at weddings, or sipping slow at a lounge where love still lives.

Their stage presence has magnified audiences from coast to coast. The energy of Sentury is a signature within itself and everything they offer is something each and every individual can appreciate. Music is a gift for the ear and the soul so allow CJ, Leo, AJ, and Rico to upgrade you to the next Sentury.
