Real Estate News & Market Insights:

    Julien Marchais

Julien Marchais is a trusted real estate advisor known for delivering concierge-level service and sharp market insight to discerning buyers, sellers and investors throughout Atlanta. A proud Atlanta native with deep community ties, Julien helps clients upgrade to their dream homes, strategically list luxury properties and uncover high-potential investments — often guiding renovations to maximize resale value.

His passion for real estate began while studying kinesiology at Georgia State University, where he developed the interpersonal skills that now shape his client-first approach. His early work in Buckhead introduced him to members of the real estate industry’s esteemed Isakson family, inspiring a career focused on service, strategy and relationships that span all demographics.

The son of an American mother and a French father who immigrated to the United States for graduate school and business, Julien views Atlanta’s international character as one of its greatest strengths. “It’s what gives our city its edge and makes it unlike anywhere else,” he says. He has successfully represented clients across the Metro Atlanta area, with results that speak for themselves.

Today, as a global real estate advisor with Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty, Julien draws on years of hands-on experience, from closing high-end deals to helping clients transform properties for market success. His professional ethos is grounded in precise and effective communication, strong relationships and a deep respect for Atlanta’s global, diverse spirit.

When he is not negotiating deals or overseeing renovations, you will find Julien staying active at the gym, working on his topspin at the tennis court or spending quality time with friends and family.
