Black Voices: Money and Employment News from Across the Nation

    Key takeaways
    • Jordyn Woods' beauty routine: red light therapy, base by Danessa Myricks, set with L’Oréal, lip stain and lash clusters.
    • Courtside staples: Woods By Jordyn blue clutch, ripped jeans, feathery white heels, number tank.
    • Embrace early 2000s realness: blue and orange combos, curled waves with clips, deep side parts for effortless courtside glam.

It’s a great day to be a Knicks fan. Why? Playing against the Spurs, the NYC basketball team will be heading into Game 1 of the 2026 NBA Finals tonight. And whether you’re a big sports fan or not, the energy of the city right now is inspiring. In addition to these good vibes, Jordyn Woods’, style muse extraordinaire and fiancé to Knicks player Karl Anthony Towns, courtside glam is also giving us endless inspiration. And we can’t wait to see the look she’ll pull tonight.

Until then, let’s walk through some of her captivating moments so far. On the beauty front, for game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals, for example, Woods gave us a play by play of how she gets ready for a typical game. “I actually asked Karl what hair I should do, and he said curls,” she said in her Instagram video post while pointing, with her square-shaped mani, to her freshly washed ‘do.

And, as always, every great makeup look starts with skin prep. First, she sculpted her face with a red light therapy wand before going in with Danessa Myricks for her base. After finishing her makeup, she set it all in place with a L’Oréal setting spray. Final touches included a lip stain and lash clusters.

Her outfit was on theme and unique as always: a Woods By Jordyn blue clutch, ripped jeans, a number “32” (Karl’s jersey number, of course) tank, and feathery white Woods by Jordyn heels.

Other times this season, she’s opted for everything from a blue and orange LAPOINTE set and blue clips framing her wavy hair, to an orange leather corset and a cropped white denim jacket accompanied by a deep side part.

Regardless, she’s always serving endless early 2000s realness, while making it uniquely her own. With that, we know she’s guaranteed to bring more heat tonight… and (fingers crossed) for the rest of the series.

Below for Woods’ courtside beauty essentials and some of our favorite looks thus far.
