State Consultant Carl Gilliard (D-Savannah) urges descendants of the Authentic 33 to contact his workplace.

โ€œBecause the introduction and passage of HB 303, the Authentic 33 Memorial Act, we now have heard from extra kinfolk of the Authentic 33, and we wish to make sure that we’re capable of attain out to each member of the family who want to be concerned within the technique of memorializing these nice males,โ€ mentioned Rep. Simms; Abraham Smith; Alexander Stone; Henry McNeal Turner; John Warren; Samuel Williams; and Jacob P. Hutchings.

Home Invoice 303, laws Rep. Gilliard sponsored throughout the 2025 legislative session, would create the Authentic 33 Memorial Act. HB 303 acquired bipartisan help and handed each the Home and Senate unanimously.
