Sami Sheen defended taking to social media to list the cosmetic surgery procedures she’s undergone.

Sami, 21, shared a before-and-after photo collage via her Instagram Stories on Tuesday, October 7, as well as the caption, “7 year difference … thank God for hair extensions, lip filler, boob job, nose job, veneers & kiss 2 on faceapp.” (Kiss 2 is a filter featured on the AI-enhanced photo editing app FaceApp.)

A second Instagram Story, shared two hours later, showed a DM sent to Sami by an unnamed Instagram follower that read, “I love you so much but your story genuinely hurt my soul. It reinforces the idea that I need to get work done to be attractive and I hate that.”

The daughter of former couple Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen, who were married from 2002 to 2006 and also share daughter Lola, 20, paired the DM screenshot with her explanation. “My only goal with that post was to be transparent with what I’ve had done, cause people ask me all the time and the last thing I wanna do is paint a false narrative !!” she wrote.

Sami Sheen is offering more insight on her plastic surgery procedures after a recent viral video. “I actually just posted a TikTok because … the episode just aired where I got my nose done, and everyone was flooding my comments: ‘This is so sad.’ I’m like, ‘What’s sad? I’m happy,’” Sami, 21, told fellow Bravo […]

Sami continued, “It’s never my intention to promote plastic surgery, I think natural bodies are so so beautiful.”

The Instagram Stories come after Sami first got candid about her aesthetics work in April. Taking to TikTok at the time to share a video that revealed the full extent of her cosmetic procedures, the OnlyFans model explained that she felt compelled to be honest after a nose job sparked backlash. “Apparently I’ve pissed off a lot of people by getting a nose job,” Sami said in her April 6 post. “So I figured I would piss off even more people by telling you guys all the work I’ve gotten done.”

As her more recent Instagram Story confirmed, Sami’s initial TikTok included the lip filler she received at the age of 18 before going in for touch-ups every year since “because I’m addicted,” as well as the Botox she had administered in her forehead shortly after her first-ever lip filler.

The Botox didn’t achieve the results she had hoped for, however, with Sami explaining, “I was one of the rare people … it weighed my whole face down.”

She also listed nose filler, a procedure she underwent right before her nose job to attempt to alter its appearance. “I did that in the tip of my nose and the bridge to try and make it more straight and lift it,” Sami said in her TikTok. “It worked a tiny bit, but I just needed a rhinoplasty.”

Sami spoke about her nose job further in August, which marked one year since going under the knife. Taking to Instagram on August 11 to share hospital photos from her past surgery, she captioned her post, “Can’t believe this was exactly a year ago today.

One snap showed her icing her nose as she rested in a hospital bed. “Already having a photo shoot not even 5 min after waking up from surgery,” she captioned the photo.
