“It’s a relaxing, soothing place where you can come get beauty services and just be yourself,” said Spa Bliss Savannah owner Roselyn Gonzalez. “It’s a day to de-stress and feel beautiful inside.”
With a background in beauty supply management, Roselyn had always dreamed of going to beauty school and helping people realize the beauty within.
“I liked everything that had to do with hair, skin and nails, and so I decided to go to beauty school after so many years,” she said. Upon graduating, Roselyn landed a position with Spa Bliss Savannah and within six months, she was offered to purchase the business. A master cosmetologist, Roselyn, is certified in makeup, lash extensions, Korean lash lift, dermaplaning, and more.
“The beauty industry is what makes me feel happy,” she said.
Her passion for the field is felt within every aspect of Spa Bliss Savannah.

The popular Blissful Package includes a customized massage with aromatherapy, followed by tea and cookies, and a customized facial. “From the moment you walk in, it’s just very relaxing. It’s very quiet for you to get away and take that time for yourself. My music is my playlist and I take that very seriously. The music is soothing you and relaxing until you get to your massage,” she said. “I make sure that clients are comfortable and in an environment where they can feel great and relax. That’s the most important thing from the hustle and bustle every single day — a lot of people don’t take the time to decompress.”
