Billionaire investor Robert F. The Toronto native’s $100 million Bridle Path estate, known as The Embassy, was completed in 2020 and reflects his larger-than-life personality and attention to detail, according to Architectural Digest. Since moving in, the “God’s Plan” rapper has given fans glimpses inside the sprawling property, showcasing standout spaces like his full-sized basketball court, where he famously puts his skills to the test. The mansion also features a massive recording studio, a dedicated toy room, an extensive shoe collection space, and countless other luxury amenities that make the home feel like a private world of its own.

It took more than a decade for Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith’s Calabasas estate to become the home they envisioned. The couple first began the process in 1997 after meeting with architect Stephen Samuelson, who had previously designed a home for one of Smith’s former co-stars. Before construction could begin, they spent years securing permits, refining the design, and creating a layout that reflected their lifestyle, according to Realtor.com.

Now estimated to be worth around $42 million, the estate continues to evolve alongside the couple. As Pinkett Smith explained to Architectural Digest, the home remains a “work in progress,” changing as their family grows and their understanding of how they live shifts over time. More than just a luxury residence, the property represents their creativity, craftsmanship and the lasting bond of their family.

Just one year after Robert F. Smith made headlines with his historic real estate purchase, Beyoncé and Jay-Z set a new record for the most expensive home ever bought by a Black person, we previously reported. In 2023, the power couple purchased their Malibu estate for an astounding $200 million, adding one of the most exclusive properties in California to their portfolio.

The 40,000-square-foot residence features breathtaking ocean views and a striking architectural design created by renowned Japanese architect Tadao Ando, who also designed Kanye West’s minimalist-inspired home. Beyond its modern beauty, the estate carries a personal touch–the home’s unique shape is inspired by the number four, a meaningful symbol for the couple that represents their shared connection to the number.

Eddie Murphy’s Beverly Hills estate has become a true Hollywood retreat worthy of its own royal treatment. The comedian and actor purchased the $20 million property in 2001 and spent years transforming it through extensive renovations and custom upgrades, according to Realtor.com.

Inspired by his iconic role in “Coming to America,” the sprawling residence feels like a modern-day palace fit for Zamunda royalty. The estate features 10 bedrooms, 17 bathrooms, a private tennis court and a luxurious swimming pool. Former San Antonio Spurs star Tony Parker is looking for a new owner for his sprawling Texas estate, which was listed for $16.6 million. Set on 53 acres, the property was designed with entertaining in mind and features an impressive eight-pool water park, a private wine cellar and expansive spaces perfect for hosting family and friends.

Parker created the estate as a personal retreat where loved ones could gather, relax, and make lasting memories. As he told the New York Post, the goal was to build a home where guests traveling long distances– especially from France–would feel comfortable staying for extended visits.

    Kanye West – $35 Million

Originally built in 2000, the home has maintained much of its original structure while undergoing various updates and renovations from previous owners over the years. The luxury residence reflects West’s continued interest in high-end architecture and distinctive properties.

Despite his prison sentence and other legal issues, Sean “Diddy” Combs remains the owner of his Holmby Hills mansion in Los Angeles. The property was listed for $61 million last year, but the estate has yet to find a buyer amid the intense public attention surrounding the music mogul’s legal situation, according to Realtor.com.

The mansion was one of two Combs properties searched by federal authorities in 2024. Spanning an impressive layout, the home features luxury amenities including a 35-seat movie theater, a resort-style grotto pool, a traditional pizza oven and a guesthouse complete with a recording studio. The estate remains one of the most notable celebrity homes in Los Angeles.

LeBron James is taking luxury living to another level with plans for a new Beverly Hills estate. After purchasing the property for $37 million in 2020, the NBA superstar reportedly demolished the existing mansion to make room for a larger, custom-designed residence, according to the New York Post.

Following a legal battle over development rights, construction on the property is now moving forward. While many details about the new home remain private, recent photos show the project is already underway. Known for his success on and off the court, James’ latest real estate venture is expected to become another impressive reflection of his legacy.

    Tiger Woods – $80 Million

In 2006, golf icon Tiger Woods purchased a sprawling 12-acre property on Jupiter Island, Florida, with plans to transform it into his ultimate dream home. Rather than renovate the existing residence, Woods tore it down and built a custom estate valued at approximately $80 million, according to HELLO! Magazine.

After four years of construction, the 9,700-square-foot mansion was completed with luxury features including a private theater, an oxygen therapy room, and a state-of-the-art gym. The timing of the project’s completion was notable, as it coincided with the year Woods and his then-wife separated following his highly publicized infidelity scandal.
