Mr. Kevin Lee Carter gained his wings on October 15, 2025 at St Joseph’s Candler Hospital, Savannah, GA. He was born February 23, 1973 to the late Willie Carter, Sr. and Elease Roberts Carter in Augusta, Richmond County, GA.
He was a graduate of Screven County High School Class of 1992. He was employed at National Gypsum in Savannah, GA for 10 years. At an early age he joined Dalton Missionary Baptist Church.
Kevin leaves to mourn his passing his loving wife of 17 years, Juwone Williams Carter; one stepdaughter, Jamiyah N. Johnson; one stepson, Jarmel C. Johnson, Jr.; four sisters, Judy Youmans (Alex), Shelly Carter, Patricia Carter and Sheree Harris; three brothers, Willie Carter, Jr. (Rose), Darin Carter, Sr. (Alethea) and Carlton Harris; A special godson, Jase Hughes and goddaughter, Paisley Kilcrease. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
