Jane Harvey, beloved mother, grandmother, sister and friend passed away peacefully on November 27, 2025 at Bryan County Health and Rehab at the age of 61. Jane was born Feb 17, 1964. She grew into a woman known for her warmth, resilience and fierce devotion to the people she loved.
- Survived by daughter Latarsha (Sedrick) McMillan and four grandchildren A'zayvion, Zarion, Za'Nahri, and A'Nahria.
- Close companions included friend and partner Theron Harvey and devoted siblings Herbert and Juluis Frazier.
- Preceded in death by parents Herbert Frazier and Louise Frazier and brother Leon Frazier Sr.
- Remembered for warmth, resilience, kindness, humor, and a generous spirit that touched family and community.
- Legacy celebrated in a daughter's tribute promising to honor her wisdom, love, and maternal example.
She was proceeded in death by her parents Herbert Frazier and Louise Frazier. Her brother Leon Frazier Sr whose memories she carried with her throughout her life. Their absence shaped in Jane a deep appreciation for family and a genorous spirit that she shared with everyone around her.
Jane is survived by her very close friend her heart Theron Harvey, Her one and only daughter who was the center of her world Latarsha ( Sedrick) Mcmillan. 4 Grandchildren, A’zayvion McMillan, Zarion McMillan, Za’Nahri McMillan and A’Nahria McMillan who brought her endless joy. “GG “as they called her.Two siblings, Herbert Frazier and Juluis Frazier. One brother in love Rodney Smith who held a special place in her heart. One Sister in love Marilynn Green who has rode with her during this journey from day 1. Along with many nieces, nephews,cousins, aunts and uncles.
Jane life was defined not only by the hardships she faced but by the grace with which she overcame.She will be remembered for her kindness, her humor and her unweaving heart. Her presence will be profunly missed, but her impact will be felt for generations. May she rest in peace.
