    Kendal Corp. creates, fills new chief growth officer position

    The Kendal Corporation announced it has created a new chief growth officer position and promoted Max Ault to fill it.

    In his role, Ault will “lead the effort to articulate system economics and establish a robust pipeline for future development and additional communities or services joining as affiliates in the Kendal System,” according to a press release.

    The change marks a change for Kendal to shift to “proactive growth,” the release states.

    Welltower announced it has brought Doris-Ellie Sullivan, formerly of Retirement Unlimited, Inc., as a consultant to work on community-level programming.

    Welltower made the announcement through LinkedIn.

    In a separate post, Sullivan said she will “help shape the next chapter of active adult and senior living alongside such an industry-leading organization.”

    Sullivan is the CEO and founder of Avan Management Group, and previously served as the president of Retirement Unlimited, Inc. until January 2025.

    PACE provider One Senior Care announces CEO

    One Senior Care, a PACE provider in Erie, Pennsylvania has named Craig Worland as its CEO.

    Worland previously served as the organization’s interim CEO and chief operating officer. Now as the leader of the organization, he will oversee “continued growth into new markets while upholding the organization’s commitment to help seniors remain at-home, safe, healthy and connected,” according to a press release.

    “I’m honored to step into this role in service of our mission to ensure seniors can age safely in the homes and communities they built, with a particular focus on rural parts of our country,” Worland said in the release.

    NewPoint Real Estate Capital makes three senior hires

    NewPoint Real Estate Capital, a national CRE finance company involved in multifamily, affordable housing, seniors housing and healthcare projects, announced three seniors hires as part of an internal expansion.

    Tyler Paul was brought on as chief credit officer. He previously led multifamily underwriting at Grandbridge Real Estate Capital, according to a press release.

    Marshall Bass was hired as managing director for healthcare bridge-loan underwriting. He previously owned his own consulting firm, according to the release.

    Daniel Trejo was hired as senior asset manager. He previously worked for Basis Investment Group, the release states.

    Donald Lilly has been named the CEO of Still Hopes Episcopal Retirement Community.

    Lilly announced he was starting in the position on LinkedIn.

    Prior to joining the community, Lilly served as the chief operating officer at The Woodlands at Furman, a not-for-profit retirement community. He had been with the organization since 2018.

    Lifespace Communities announced it has appointed four executive directors over the past two months.

    Among the appointments are Beth Goldstein as executive director at Harbour’s Edge in Florida; Ky Moody as executive director at The Waterford in Florida; Danielle King as executive director of Greenfields of Geneva in Illinois; and Megan Lublin as executive director of Wesley Court in Texas, according to a press release.

    “These appointments reflect Lifespace’s continued commitment to developing strong leaders and attracting top talent,” Brian Robbins, COO of Lifespace Communities, said in the release.

    Erickson Senior Living promotes Cedar Crest executive director

    Erickson Senior Living announced it has promoted Ryan Fitzpatrick to executive director of Cedar Crest.

    In his role, Fitzpatrick will oversee management and operations for the community in Pompton Plains, New Jersey, according to a press release.

    Fitzpatrick has been with the company since 2008, when he joined as an operations associate. Throughout his career, he has also served as a personal care administrator, home support manager, administrator, director of continuing care and associate executive director.
