    Chatham Area Transit (CAT) Update:

    11/6/2025 – Chatham Area Transit Authority (CAT) will operate on a holiday service schedule on Tuesday, November 11, in observance of Veterans Day. CAT’s administrative offices will be closed for business and will resume normal operations on Wednesday, November 12.

    The holiday schedule will apply to all fixed-route buses and CAT Mobility will operate until 10 p.m. to mirror the fixed-route schedule. Please note that this will impact the frequency and timing of some schedules.

    The DOT Shuttle will run from 10:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m., and the Savannah Belles Ferry will operate on its current schedule, 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. In addition, CAT Connect will run on its regularly scheduled hours.

    Customer service can be reached from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. by calling (912) 233-5767.

    The ticket window, located at the Joe Murray Rivers, Jr. Intermodal Transit Center, 610 W. Oglethorpe Ave., will be open from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
