In Round of 32 play, Liam Draxl outlasted Pedro Boscardin Dias in a three-set battle, 6-7(12), 6-4, 7-6(4). Stefan Kozlov advanced with a 6-2, 6-3 win over Daniil Glinka, while Kei Nishikori rolled past Colton Smith, 6-2, 6-3.
