Style Spotlight: Looks, Trends & Fashion Inspiration

    Key takeaways
    • August ignites a reset and reorganize mindset for the coming fall season.
    • Retailers are clearing out old inventory to make way for fresh styles.
    • A variety of elevated casual looks are highlighted for early autumn fashion.
    • Key pieces include jackets, sweaters, jeans, and accessories like sunglasses and bags.
    • Outfit combinations emphasize personal style and versatility for the season.

While I’m no longer in a “back to school” time in my life, there’s something about the first couple weeks of August that puts you in that mindset. It feels like a time to reset and reorganize ahead of the final months of the year, as well as a time to prep your wardrobe for the coming season!

It’s a time when retailers are marking down the old to make space for the new, and boy, is there a lot of new right now. While playing catch-up on some work last week I felt like I was saving fresh picks left and right, and it inspired me to put some outfits together! Below are eight elevated casual looks for the first few months of fall. Which is your favorite?
